Well I am giving blogging a try. I thought this might be a nice way for my weaving students, friends and others to keep up with me. It may take me a bit to figure all of this out, but in the long run I think it will be fun.
Well this is it for now until I see if this will work.
Happy weaving!

About Me
- Name: Pam Howard
- Location: Brasstown/Murphy, NC, United States
I love to weave! Weaving has been a part of my life since I was a child. My first weaving lesson was from my Mother, who was a Home Economics teacher. Althought it was a simple rigid heddle loom, I was weaving! For the past 27 years I have been very serious about my weaving. Presently I am the Resident Weaver at the John C. Campbell Folk School. Not only do I teach there, but I hire the other weaving instructors as well as maintain the studio. I also teach at guilds, conferences and private students. I am a member of the Southern Highlands Craft Guild and I sell my handwoven creations.
